LogixFlow (hereinafter: "Data Controller") is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients and website visitors. This notice aims to present what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679 EU regulation) of the European Union and the Hungarian Information Act (Act CXII of 2011).

What data do we process and for what purpose

1.1 Contact Form

When you fill out our website's contact form, we process the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Company name (if provided)
• Content of the message

Purpose: responding to inquiries, contacting, providing quotes. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — by submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your data. Retention period: 1 year from the last contact, after which we will delete it, unless a client relationship is established.

1.2 Free Assessment / Booking Funnel

When you book an appointment or apply for a free preliminary assessment, we request the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name, company size, industry
• Business information provided during the booking/assessment (e.g., current systems, processes)

Purpose: scheduling appointments, conducting assessments, preparing quotes. Legal basis: taking steps prior to contract conclusion at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), as well as consent. Retention period: 1 year from the completion of the survey, according to the retention rules for customer data in case of successful contract conclusion.

1.3 Google Analytics (website traffic)

Our website uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic and user behavior. In this context, we collect the following data:

• IP address (in anonymized form)
• Browser and device data
• Visited pages, duration of stay, clicks
• Referring page

Purpose: analysis and improvement of website usage. Legal basis: your consent (cookie acceptance). Data processor: Google Ireland Limited — data may also be transferred outside the EU (USA), under Google's privacy policy and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Retention period: 14 months.

1.4 Occasional newsletter / marketing email

If you have given your separate consent for this (e.g., by checking a box during subscription or contact), we will occasionally send newsletters or offers using the following data:

• Name
• Email address

Purpose: delivery of business offers, news, content. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Unsubscribe: we provide an unsubscribe option in every newsletter; consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to info@logixf.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link. Retention period: until the consent is withdrawn.

1.5 Customer data (after contract conclusion)

If a contractual relationship is established (e.g., Odoo implementation project), in addition to the above, we may process additional data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (billing information, contact details of project participants). These are subject to accounting and other legal retention obligations (typically 8 years).

2. Data processors, third parties

Your data may be processed by our partners listed below on our behalf, based on the data processing agreement concluded with them:

We will only transfer your data to a third party in case of legal obligation or with your explicit consent. We do not sell your data.

3. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request information about what data we process.
• Right to rectification — you can request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — you can request the deletion of your data if the processing no longer has a legal basis.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability. — you may request the transfer of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — you may object to the processing of your data, especially in the case of direct marketing.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without justification.
